Born on December 2, 1981 from Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actor and model, best known for her roles in films and shows on TV. After beginning her acting career in her role on the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut came through her subsequent role of Naevia in the historical drama series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress appeared in several television shows over the past decade, including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians and Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Brandt is the character Mazikeen in the urban fantasy show Lucifer and starring Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was brought up in Cape Town South Africa and eventually moved to Auckland New Zealand with her family when she was in her teens. Her first job was in the field of modeling by appearing in print advertisements and commercials. Prior to gaining fame as a model she worked in retail sales and was also an expert in recruitment for information technology. In 2009, she got her first part as Leilani in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. In 2016, she started to play a bounty hunter demon named Mazikeen on the Netflix series Lucifer. Her biggest role is in this role. The show is paired with Tom Ellis Lauren French Kevin Alejandro D.
